Rao Jodha Desert Park is spread over 72 hectares of land near the famous fort in Jodhpur, Mehrangarh Fort. This park has restored desert as well as the land vegetation. It was created in 2006 to restore the natural ecology of rocky areas that adjoins the mehrangarh fort. The area of the park has distinctive volcanic rocks along with the sandstone formations. This park also has a visitor center with an attractive gallery which has plant nursery, small shops and cafes. There are long four trails in Rao Jodha Desert park which are of 880m and 1115m long.
